The Sensor automatically measures and sends glucose readings every minute to your device while it is in range. When the Sensor is out of range or unable to communicate with your device, it can store up to 14 days of data which can be sent to your device when communication resumes. It is contained in the Sensor Applicator which is used to apply the Sensor to the back of your upper arm. It has a small, flexible, 5mm-long filament that is inserted just under the skin.

The Sensor can be worn for up to the wear duration specified by your Sensor insert.

IMPORTANT: The Sensor is water-resistant in up to 3 feet (1 meter) of water. Do not immerse longer than 30 minutes.
